Options

Options are issued with a maximum term of 14
days up to 14 days before the activity date.

Reservation and Payment

A reservation is final once Hotel La Boutique has received the
payment has been received. If payment has not been received within 48 hours before the date
of the activity has been received, Hotel La Boutique reserves the right
to release the room(s) to third parties. When booking via Booking.com is becoming
the reservation guaranteed by your credit card, which we consider as a
prepayment of 100%.

Payments

We ask for 100% advance payment of the
Reservation value. Tourist tax can be paid on site.
If you via Booking.com books, the reservation becomes
guaranteed via your credit card and we consider this as 100% prepayment.
Any drinks or meals consumed in the restaurant below the hotel
must be paid on site immediately after consumption. This amount cannot be
are added to the room numbers.

Cancellation Policy

We offer three rates with different
cancellation policy:

  1. Non-Refundable
    Rate
    : This reservation cannot be cancelled or modified and
    the payment is non-refundable regardless of the circumstances.
  2. Normal
    Rate
    : You can make your reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled
    Free cancellation on the arrival date. For cancellations made within 48 hours before the

  3. Flexible

    : You can cancel free of charge up to 12:00 on the day of arrival.

Number of Guests

The number of guests specified can be changed up to 48 hours before the
Activity dates may be changed. Please inform us of any dietary requirements in advance.

Check-in

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the latest
If you wish to check in later, please contact the hotel in advance.
Hotel La Boutique reserves the right to cancel the reservation
if the guest has not arrived by 8:00 PM on the first reserved day
reports, unless otherwise indicated in a timely manner and there is no objection from the
catering company.

We work with digital keys for access to the rooms
via your mobile phone. If you do not have a smartphone, please contact us in advance

It is not allowed to use services or

Lost and found

Lost items should be reported to the hotel immediately.

General Behavior

The guest is obliged to adhere to the house rules and
to follow reasonable instructions from the catering company. This includes:
other compliance with safety, hygiene and behavioral regulations.

Drugs and Smoking

The use of drugs in the hotel is strictly prohibited
