Options
Options are issued with a maximum term of 14 days up to and including 14 days before the activity date.
Reservation and Payment
A reservation is final once Hotel La Boutique has received payment. If payment is not received within 48 hours before the date of the activity, Hotel La Boutique reserves the right to release the room(s) to third parties. When booking via Booking.com the reservation is guaranteed via your credit card, which we consider as a prepayment of 100%.
Payments
We ask for 100% advance payment of the reservation value. The tourist tax can be paid on site. If you book via Booking.com When you book, the reservation is guaranteed via your credit card and we consider this as 100% prepayment. Any drinks or meals consumed in the restaurant below the hotel must be paid for on site immediately after consumption. This amount cannot be credited to the room numbers.
Cancellation Policy
We offer three rates with different cancellation conditions:
- Non-Refundable Rate: This reservation cannot be cancelled or modified and payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Normal Rate: You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the planned arrival date. For cancellations within 48 hours before the arrival date, 100% of the reservation value will be charged.
- Flexible Rate: You can cancel free of charge until 12:00 on the day of arrival. After 12:00, 100% of the reservation value will be charged.
Bee No Show 100% of the reservation value will always be charged.
Number of Guests
The number of guests specified can be changed up to 48 hours before the activity date. Please inform us of any dietary requirements in good time.
Check-in
Check-in is possible from 15:00 until 20:00 at the latest. If you wish to check in later, please contact the hotel in advance. Hotel La Boutique reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the guest does not report by 20:00 on the first reserved day, unless otherwise indicated in advance and there is no objection from the catering company.
We work with digital keys for access to the rooms via your mobile phone. If you do not have a smartphone, please contact us in advance so that we can create a card for you.
External Facilities
It is not permitted to use services or products from third parties.
Lost and found
Lost property must be returned to the hotel immediately. If the owner does not report within one year of return, the property becomes the property of the hotel. Any costs for returning found property are the responsibility of the guest.
Liability
Hotel La Boutique is not liable for damage due to theft, loss or damage to personal belongings in the room. The guest is responsible for all damage caused to the hotel or third parties during the stay.
General Behavior
The guest is obliged to comply with the house rules and to follow reasonable instructions from the catering company. This includes compliance with safety, hygiene and behavioral regulations.
Drugs and Smoking
The use of drugs in the hotel is strictly prohibited. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms; smoking out of the window is also considered smoking in the room. A special smoking terrace is available on the second floor.
Other Provisions
Noise pollution should be kept to a minimum. Keep public areas clean and respect hotel property.
